Delivery and returns

Everything about getting your cacao, sending it back and managing a subscription. Questions: welcome@unifiedcacao.co.uk.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. We post orders within 1 to 2 working days of you placing them, by Royal Mail, and most arrive 2 to 3 working days after we post them. Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting UK bank holidays.

  • Standard delivery: £3.50, or free on orders of £50 or more.
  • Express delivery: £5.50.
  • Subscriptions: free on every order.
  • Welcome Pack: free.

Checkout shows your delivery cost, and any delivery discount, before you pay. You'll get an email when your order is posted. If it hasn't arrived within 7 working days of posting, or it arrives damaged, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Refunds and returns

Our 30-day guarantee. If you're not happy with your cacao, email welcome@unifiedcacao.co.uk within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund what you paid for it. You don't need to send opened food back.

Welcome Pack. The same 30 days apply. We refund your £7 and you keep the whisk.

Your right to cancel. You can cancel an online order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by email, then send the goods back unopened within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting them back. You pay the cost of sending them back. This right doesn't cover pouches or sachets you've opened, because they're sealed for hygiene reasons; the 30-day guarantee covers those instead.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items. Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including delivery. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, within 14 days of us agreeing the refund.

Subscriptions

A subscription sends you a 250g bag of Ritualise or Flow at the interval you choose, for £22.40 a bag (20% off the one-off price of £28) with free UK delivery. We take the first payment when you subscribe, then charge the same card before each delivery.

Skip a delivery, pause or cancel at any time from your account: log in at unifiedcacao.co.uk/account and open Subscriptions. There's no cancellation fee. To change how often it arrives or swap blends, email us and we'll change it for you.

If the subscription price changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before the first charge at the new price.
