What's Inside

Ceremonial-grade cacao: Same base as Ritualise. Minimally processed, ethically sourced, full-fat, full-flavour.

Coconut Palm Sugar: This unrefined natural sugar compliments the strength of the cacao with a light sweetness to make a smooth, delicious blend.

Reishi: A mushroom that's been brewed in Asia for over 2,000 years for its calming, settling effect. The opposite of a stimulant. The reason this works in the evening.

Ashwagandha: An adaptogenic root used for centuries to support the body's response to stress. Doesn't sedate, it just helps the nervous system find a lower gear.

Vanilla: Real Madagascan vanilla. Because the slower hours deserve something that tastes like comfort.

How to Prepare Flow

• Mix one 15g portion with 200ml warm water or plant-based milk

• Sip mindfully as you ease into your work, creativity, or rest

• Sweeten further to taste, or enjoy as is
